Instructions 32bit
First you need to check that your you CPU supports Hardware Virtualization to check that need to download hardware Assisted
Virtualization Detection Tool :

Then Download vmware go to Vmware website
go to the link then download the trial

don't worry you'll get it for free so download it it will take a while to download and install use this serial

then create the os go to new machine then do all the cool stuff after that load the iso then thats it

use that to install it the link is the ISO now if something happens this might say this attempting to load an x64 OS however this CPU is not compatible with x64 mode this is the solution
To power on 64bit guest operating systems, you must disable VMI:
Select the virtual machine in VMware Infrastructure Client.
Click Edit Settings > Options > Advanced.
Deselect Pluralization
after that it should work now install Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 now just go to the adobe website just download it run and install here's the serial
